It might feel slightly firm for yoga or stretching, but it’s not a big problem. The surface has a nice non-slip coating.

We have a new 'indoor gym' area and the floorboards meant I didn't particularly like getting on the floor for push ups or yoga. Having the Miramat has changed all of that - I love working out down there now. Easy to clean and the edges don't roll up. It also makes it feel more like a professional space. It's lovely and spacious, unlike the yoga mats I used to use. I definitely recommend.

This is the best online purchase I have ever made. I workout at home 5 days a week and need a stable but supportive mat. Something large enough for me to skip rope, sturdy enough to use weights on. Purchased for use on carpet indoors to do mat pilates and HIIT style workouts.
Mat size and surface grip is great however the whole mat does move on the carpet even during the pilates workout where I'm not even jumping up and down or moving as much, so I have to constantly readjust and reposition it during my workout which I didn't think would be a requirement.

This is a fantastic mat! It's been used for 4 years underneath a regularly used treadmill and some weights, and still looks brand new! It stays perfectly flat, no corner roll ups, easy to vacuum, and so grippy! One of the best features is that it has zero odour from day 1. I will be purchasing more for my kids gym/therapy room.

I purchased the 200cm x 120cm - Extra Large Exercise Mat. So great to have the space to work out...I am 165cm and 70kg, this mat gives me so much room to complete weight workouts, skipping, pilates or a good yin yoga stretch.
Was easy to wash with an old damp tea towel prior to first use, as per instructions. Very happy with my purchase ☺️

I've been using various foam mats since 2007. This is one is on a next level. Being able to give it a wash every week means a lot. And I am sure it will last for years. I use it for bodyweight workouts only.
My sole concern is that if my palms are even slightly oily, it transfers to the mat and then it remains oily until I soap-wash it off. My palms have slipped from under me in the middle of push-ups more than once and severely jolted my elbow. Work boots are designed to grip/not slip on oily surfaces. I wish miramat added that feature to the surface of mats.
