This size is good for two people in standing positions, with limited lateral movement.
The mat grips the floor effortlessly. I've always felt secure to move any way I need to. It's a good amount of protection from hard flooring for the average person. If you have sore or sensitive Knees you may want to look at something a bit thicker.
The size makes it a little unruly to flip/roll/handle. If that's a concern for you perhaps get a smaller size for ease of handling.
On the whole I'm very satisfied with my mat. Hope to be using it for many years to come

I purchased my MIRAmat not for exercise, but for Safety. I'm a disabled, full time Wheelchair user, so I use the MIRAmat as a bed surround..... it doesn't move on the floor , it's not slippery underfoot, so perfect for my Chair to Bed Transfers, and provides Safety in case of a fall.
I was searching a very long time for the RIGHT product to fill those rolls, and I found it with the MIRAmat .. The Customer Service was great also.
I couldn't happier, or recommend it more highly.

I absolutely love this mat - so good for home use. The thickness at 7mm is perfect for yoga or any exercise and it works well on any surface. Being a taller person, I needed the extra space and love the fact that it's twice as wide as a normal yoga mat and 2m long. It is very comfortable to kneel on and has lots of space to move around. I'm recommending it to everyone!

This is the best fitness mat . It stays put on the floor it doesn't move around. I do HIIT At home workouts. it doesn't hurt your feet after exercise you. Whilst working out feel very supported all round.

Love my mat! I should have bought one earlier. The width and length are perfect, and the mat is thick enough to be comfortable when doing floor exercises. It’s also easy to roll up and store when not being used. It’s made my home exercise sessions so much easier.

Miramat is a must buy for anyone working out at home. They are bigger and more durable than the average yoga/exercise mat and have the right amount of cushioning. So nice to not have to shuffle myself back on to the mat while stretching/doing yoga. Enough thickness to protect my knees and elbows without being too spongy to make balancing difficult. It isn't super grippy as yet but it's sticky enough for me. Super sweaty peeps will still slide. The grippiness is increasing with use, and I totally recommend doing the initial clean as suggested in the instructions.

Received extra large (200 x 120) Miramat about 3 weeks ago & have used it nearly every day. It has saved my joints from pounding into the pavers & stubbing my fingers into the pavers when doing fast burpees. It’s fabulous for doing high impact cardio with plenty of room for side to side travelling during cardio. It’s not slippery but also allows you to move freely. (Not sure if It becomes slippery with lots of sweat.) Haven’t sweated as much since owning it as it’s Winter. Also plenty of room for doing a variety of strength training moves. I no longer have to continuously move my small mat around to suit what I am doing. The only thing I still use small mat for is a bit of extra cushioning when I’m laying on my back for strength training. I have been putting a tarp under the mat to protect it as the pavers are quite rough. It slips a tiny bit on that but very minimal and not noticeable at all during workout. I love my mat and highly recommend to anyone.
