Mirmat comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price of the mat. The product must be in the same condition as when it arrived at the original destination. The 30 days money back guarantee applies to all regular priced orders through miramat.com.au. Clearance items are not covered by the 30 days money back guarantee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval and instructions, before returning an item.
In the unlikely event that a product has been damaged during shipping, please email us as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days, so that we can make a claim with the courier and provide the earliest rectification possible. Any use of damaged or defect product may result in damage claim or warranty becoming void, so please contact us on email@example.com if your product is damaged or comes with defects from manufacture.
