I've been using various foam mats since 2007. This is one is on a next level. Being able to give it a wash every week means a lot. And I am sure it will last for years. I use it for bodyweight workouts only.
My sole concern is that if my palms are even slightly oily, it transfers to the mat and then it remains oily until I soap-wash it off. My palms have slipped from under me in the middle of push-ups more than once and severely jolted my elbow. Work boots are designed to grip/not slip on oily surfaces. I wish miramat added that feature to the surface of mats.

The extra large mat is fantastic and this size really dedicates a piece of space for my workout allowing a friend to join.

Amazing product compared to other mats i have used at home or at gyms. Super tough material, perfect balance of comfort, grip and firmness. I use it as the base zone for my home gym with a bench and adjustable dumbbells and the mat barely shows impression marks from the weight. I have now bought a second one to take to pilates class!

Great exercise mat, have been using it for the last few weeks for stretching, exercises and kettle bells in my lounge room and that's where it lives, beats working out on the carpet that's for sure.

I use the mat to do kettlebell workouts in a spare room. It replaced a standard size yoga mat. The Miramat size is perfect for the workout and stretching afterwards. I roll the mat using the straps that were included after I’ve used it. Very pleased with the purchase.

I purchased 2 of these mats to as permanent floor protection for our wooded floor.
1 is under my Gym Monster 2. I was a little afraid it would cause a wobble, but the machine is really solid on the mat. Neither the machine or mat have moved, so very happy.
The 2nd mat is being used for storage of the extras. I admittedly, cut it up a little to fit exactly where it needed to be. Again, very happy with it.

So glad I bought this, was struggling between yoga mat and exercise mat, got the exercise mat and it is perfect for bare feet, perfect softness. Perfect size, as it is wide enough, can do a lot different stretching without being restricted to one direction. Stay well on my laminated hard floor, thick enough so you don't get cold (now 16 degree).

My third Miramat purchase and my third 10/10 customer experience. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they respond to questions extremely quickly and honestly.
I decided I needed a third Miramat to be used when I travel in our caravan. I purchased the Miramat 200 X 120 this time as I needed something smaller, it will fit perfectly into our travel compartment and then be used over the top of our annex floor mat. As we spend a lot of time out bush it will be interesting to see how it stands up - of course I will take good care of it and aren’t expecting miracles but am delighted to have something that will be cushioned and large enough to do my morning strength and stretching routines. I am happy to write another review in a few months time when the next trip is finished.
My previous two Mega Miramats, used by my husband and I in our gym on a daily basis are now over two years old, I can honestly say they just seem to get better with age. The original slippery surface vanished over a couple of months use, I probably hadn’t done enough prepping of the surface along with prolific perspiration . What hasn’t changed is the cushioning, despite the pounding it gets from cardio classes I can’t tell the difference from new!
Expensive?? Yes. Are they worth it?? Absolutely! Pay once and you will not be buying new mats every few months so you do the math. Customer service??? top class, wish others were this good.

This size is good for two people in standing positions, with limited lateral movement.
The mat grips the floor effortlessly. I've always felt secure to move any way I need to. It's a good amount of protection from hard flooring for the average person. If you have sore or sensitive Knees you may want to look at something a bit thicker.
The size makes it a little unruly to flip/roll/handle. If that's a concern for you perhaps get a smaller size for ease of handling.
On the whole I'm very satisfied with my mat. Hope to be using it for many years to come

I purchased my MIRAmat not for exercise, but for Safety. I'm a disabled, full time Wheelchair user, so I use the MIRAmat as a bed surround..... it doesn't move on the floor , it's not slippery underfoot, so perfect for my Chair to Bed Transfers, and provides Safety in case of a fall.
I was searching a very long time for the RIGHT product to fill those rolls, and I found it with the MIRAmat .. The Customer Service was great also.

I absolutely love this mat - so good for home use. The thickness at 7mm is perfect for yoga or any exercise and it works well on any surface. Being a taller person, I needed the extra space and love the fact that it's twice as wide as a normal yoga mat and 2m long. It is very comfortable to kneel on and has lots of space to move around.
